Today was their first time in the yard together. Had to do it...they've decided to be friends and play, and were about to wreck the house. Lib started cornering him a few times, and it looked like her baser instincts were kicking in, but he snapped her out of it with his silliness. They're finally safe to be together. One month and one day it took! Lib is often like that with new dogs here, but it's normally females, and they're usually large enough to defend themselves.

ITs great that they have bonded ... 1 month is really pretty good time!!!

The big thing is to make sure Baloo doesnt get on Lib's nerves with constant teasing or badgering ... Wink

He's biting her tail, jumping at her, being a little pain. She's tolerating other than occasional correction aimed at him, which is fine. He needs to learn some doggie manners and she'll surely teach him. I'm seeing completely different posture in Lib. She no longer sees him as something to annihilate.

I think Lib would be rather mad if she saw Baloo sticking his tounge out at her! Grin

Just kidding, its great that the two have gotten along together! Its also good that Lib will be able to teach him doggy manners too, this way he'll grow up to be well balanced!
