For seasonal allergies here! I usually don't get them till May-ish but for some reason I've been getting them now... been sneezy, sniffling, and the top of my mouth is irritated. I'm thankful that I haven't gotten itchy eyes though, thats the worst!! So do any of you have season allergies

OMG goodness no! Hehe sorry for giving you a scare... Its so early in winter that I'm suprised to be having these allergy attacks... I'm here at the library sneezing like crazy... with the recent flu scare...people look at you weird

oh bless you! i used to suffer terribly from hay fever but since living in the country side it seems to have cleared itself up! bizarre!!!! maybe my body just got used to the pollen. apparently, echinachea is good for helping with allergies. you can get it from any good health product store or pharmacy

Echinachea? Is that a natural remedy? I don't take allergy pills because I don't like the way the mess with your immune system...I'd rather just suck it up and hope that my body will get used to it. When I was little my spring allergies were much worse than they are now so hopefully its working. I'll look into it though!

yes its a plant! you buy it in tablet form and it supports the immune system. also very good for preventing coughs and colds

yeah im not surprised..i usually get them too but spring is already here in seattle...2-3 months early! crazy! trees are pink and white and daffodils are everywhere..nuts! really pretty though!

Yes I agree, here there is a popular tree (I don't know what its called) that is in full bloom right now, has tons of little white flowers, and the wild grasses and weeds have started growing so its probably that why I'm getting all sneezy!
