First, let me welcome you to K9A.
Its important that you be patient with her. As she is new to the family she may be on a different "schedule" than you are. EXAMPLE: She may be used to someone waking her to feed her at that hour.
You may try putting her in a kennel and keeping her in your room for a while. This will help her to get on YOUR schedule a little faster. She may wake up, see that all is quiet, and go back to sleep until YOU make some noise.
You may also try walking her or do something else to wear her down just before bedtime. A tired dog will be more likely to sleep better and longer.
Without more info on your daily routine, that's all I can think of at the moment. Maybe Steven, Ann or someone else has other possible solutions for you.
Best of luck,
