The Film | Through a Dog's Eyes | PBS
the film follows the fall-2009 training-camp of approx 12 dogs and their disabled handlers, then the later developments at 5 homes, after 2-weeks of intensive training and graduation.
the recipients vary - * a 36-YO man who is paraplegic * twin boys with Cerebral-Palsy of differing severity * a pre-teen girl with epilepsy and severe seizures - in the upper-20-percentile, 90% of *destiny's* seizures stop her breathing, so they are all potentially life-threatening.
