Hi! I just got a 5 month old Daschund/wire terrier mix from a local rescue. He has been great for the most part... Hardly any accidents... Loves toys but has been sneaking anything he can find to chew on.
Our big problem is when he is sleeping... If anyone comes to him to try to cuddle him... Mainly it's with their face, he lashes out with a big growl and snaps his mouth. I have a 4 1/2 year old and I am a little afraid. I've told my son to not do it, but I def. don't want to allow it to go on. I need to nip it in the bud, but not sure how to do this. What is a good way to stop that type of behavior?
Thanks!
