Hi!
I have a husky mix I adopted this past April. He is a good dog and we had a routine down for when I left everyday that was working fine. But about a month ago he started showing signs of separation anxiety and chewing my French doors when I left. I tried crating him, but he has already chewed his way out of that. I am fine with him being loose in the house as, except for these doors, he is otherwise not destructive. I am wondering 1) how to stop the behavior (bitter apple spray didn't work, he pulled plexi-glass down from the door) or 2) a good way to protect the doors so he can't chew them.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
